Pricing & Budget
What's the minimum budget to work with you?
For paid media management, we require a minimum of $5,000/month in ad spend. The minimum management fee is $750/month. For other services, pricing depends on scope and engagement level.
How do you charge for paid media management?
15% of your total monthly ad spend, across all platforms. If 15% of your spend is less than $750, you pay $750. At $5,000 ad spend, 15% is exactly $750.
Do you charge per platform?
No. 15% covers all channels: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok. One fee, all platforms.
What's included in the management fee?
Strategy development, campaign setup, AI-powered daily monitoring, ongoing optimization, real-time dashboards, strategy sessions, and direct access to your strategist.
What's NOT included?
Creative production (graphics, video) and website development are priced separately. These vary in complexity, so we scope them individually.
Contracts & Commitment
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We recommend at least 3 months to see meaningful optimization results, but that's a recommendation, not a requirement.
What if I want to cancel?
30 days notice, no penalties. We're confident you'll stay because we deliver results.

Can I bundle multiple services?
Yes. We offer 7 marketing services across 6 engagement levels. Bundled engagements are where we see the best results.
Do you offer white-label services?
Yes. We partner with agencies and consultancies who need execution support under their brand. Full confidentiality.
What platforms do you work with?
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, email platforms, and more. We recommend platforms based on your audience and goals, not our preferences.

How long before we see results?
For paid media, typically 2-4 weeks for initial data and 60-90 days for significant optimization. Strategy and content engagements vary by scope, but we set realistic timelines during discovery.
How does the discovery call work?
It's a 30-minute conversation about your business, goals, and current marketing situation. No pitch, no pressure. We use this call to understand if there's a potential fit and what an engagement might look like.
